Unconsious Assumptions

Mental and emotional patterns laid down in childhood, from the ages
of two to five, become the unconscious assumptions that dictate 95% of our behavior.
The unconscious is the source of all our instintive conslusions, reactions, and behavior
so I found it worthwhile to uncover these assumptions and work to change them.

Thoughts can and do change brain chemistry such as our thoughts changing neurotransmitters on a daily basis. These chemicals, in turn, produce
emotional responses in the brain and body for moods, reactions and feelings.
Science is beginning to document that changing habits of thoughts actually
changes the physical structure and chemistry of the brain that can
change our mood from depression, anxiety and the like to those of hopefulness
and joy. One such researcher, Norman Doidge, M.D., detailed this
transformation in his book "The Brain That Changes Itself".  He introduces
principles we can use to overcome the unconscious assumptions
by mindfullness and positive affirmations. His work can be found at: http://www.normandoidge.com/normandoidge/MAIN.html

I will post the unconscious assumptions most of us have and the
positive affirmation to change these with my own technique I discovered.

  • people cannot be trusted                                        people are trustworthy
  • nobody respects me                                                several people respects me
  • nobody appreciates me                                          many people appreciate me
  • I need to fight to survive                                       I can cease fighting anything or anyone
  • there is never enough money                                there is always money for my needs
  • life always lets me down                                         life does not let me down
  • I don't deserve abundance                                     abundance  is all around
  • I don't deserve love                                                 I have love to give

Try listening to this theta wave recordering and speaking those affirmations that counter the unconscious assumptions that you may have. This has changed my brain chemistry from hopelessness and some suicidual ideation to hopefulness and empowerment. I have also been able to have mindfullness to recognize these negative thoughts in my consciouness so they have been brought into the light. The link to the theta wave recording is:

Happy positive thoughts for you!
